This project is a two part project. Part two covers the communal living areas including the Listening Room, Library, Kitchen and Dining Room.

A departure from Lal's usual style, this residential project is a two bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, developed for a well-traveled couple whose passion for global culture and antique collecting shaped the design direction. The space was curated with aging in place in mind, prioritizing the needs of older occupants through ADA-compliant planning, warm and grounding materiality, and biophilic elements that support wellbeing and comfort.
